They both are patriotic you fool. They are running to be the President. They have both been civil servants to our country. They both love this country. That is what you can say they have in common.

I can’t believe you would even ask that question. Obama won’t even salute the frag. And would never serve this country, he only wants to lead!

If you mean patriotic in the war mongering military sense, McCain. If you mean patriotic in the sense that all people should be treated equally and fairly, Obama.

There are not levels of patriotism you either love your country or you don’t and they both love America so they are both patriotic. They have both given to America McCain by serving in the military afterwich he came home left his wife and married a rich woman (not in that order). Senator Obama gave to the country by using the education that he received which was funded by scholarships to work to help the less fortunate find jobs when he could have elected to cash in on a prominent 200K a year job instead. But he tuned it down to pay society back. So they are both patriots.

Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel. W. claims to be a patriot. A patriot loves his country always and his government only when it is deserved. As McCain wishes to continue the policies of eight years of irresponsible government, I see only one answer.

McCain wants to continue to borrow 500 billion from the Chinese and other countries and hence depend on them for the value of our currency.
McCain wants to continue the loss in manufacturing jobs to Mexico and China. His free trade policies that began under Reagan cut the average tarriff from 25% to 1%, in essence abandoning our manufacturing jobs for export, decimating the middle class and selling our country to the highest bidder.
McCain’s co-campaign chair was a lobbyist who worked for the country of Georgia.
McCain has had another lobbyist who worked for the horrible dictatorship of Mynaar.
Despite what you may think about the Iraq war, currently one effect of the war was to kill our children so that International oil companies can get no-bid contracts for Iraqi oil, and a government friendly to Iran can take over Iraq.
I think that taken at face value, McCain’s patriotism is definitely in question, hiring lobbyists who work for foreign governments and entering wars that benefit foreign governments and oil companies. His recent belligerent attitude toward Russia seems nearly comical in his urgency to want to kill more of America’s children in wars with dubious claims – such as ‘we are all Georgians now’.

Obama, easily. He had offers right out of law school for top paying positions at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms but he chose instead to work for American citizens who were in need. He has been a devoted public servant since day one.
My husband went to the Naval Academy with McCain, the guy is a creep, a womanizer and an opportunist. He is also a neo-con, a supporter of the Project for a New American Century. He will be another Bush only worse. As in world war III worse.
McCain keeps referring to his POW status I think it is time we look at that clearly.
Not only did he turn traitor he sold out the missing POW’s after the war.!

Obama.
He has always shown a great love for America thru his devotion to helping it’s citizens. He is motivated by values, by what is right, not by money or favors or ideologies.
It is time for change.
