What Northface jacket has the logo and flag on the sleeves?

My mom and I saw a lady with a Northface jacket that had the logo and a flag on the sleeves. My mom wants it for Christmas but I can’t find it online. What is the name of the jacket? Thank you!!!!!

I dont know what it is called but I would try looking at Dicks sporting goods or some place like that, they have lots of northface gear.
