What has Obama Done to prove he is a “Patriotic American” ?
Was it him TAKING DOWN an American Flag to put his Logo there instead? http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/airplane.asp
Maybe it was him REFUSING to put his hand on his heart during all the National Anthems? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8QCkgg5Kjo
Can it be his refusal to wear an American Flag Pin? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmHtGQq-z_Y
Would it be his attendance in Jeremiah Wrights Church for 20 years, hearing sermons anti-american? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8M-kD0QdRJk
Can anyone name me 1 single thing that would make Obama a Patriotic American?
(Community organizing is NOT American,if you look into what he did, he strong armed back and such to give loans to people who couldnt afford them)

How about spending his whole adult life striving to make the world a better place – isn’t that a good goal for any American – especially after 8 years of dumb-ass Bush?

This is very simple minded of you.
I think the most unpatriotic thing you can do is LIE to the American people, which is what George Bush did. I dont care if he wore a suit COVERED in flag pins, it doesnt make him a patriot.
I dont wear a flag pin everyday, does that mean I dont care about our country. It’s beyond insulting to be playing this "who loves their country" game…. it’s McCarthyism all over again. Our forefathers are spinning in their graves.

Wow….can you make a dumber list?
For the record…Obama wore a ‘flag pin’ during hte debates and McCain didn’t.
Is McCain anti-American? Do Democrats bother making dumb lists with every time McCain didn’t wear a flag pin? I hope not.

What have you done to prove you are a patriotic American?
I await the stories of your fake Military background….
Please, since I see that you are so skilled at posting links, please point me to one of the question you are referring to.
Well, I guess you got me…

That account is owned by moi.
It is very easy to create fake backgrounds, please show me something a little more solid, maybe a myspace picture of you in military uniform or something? And no, I’m not some pervert. Just need a little more than that.
EDIT: Very well, if you are willing to go that far to prove a very small point. I guess you will really show me.
EDIT2: Your account is private, but no need, I have seen the medals, and regardless off whether or not those are yours, or if you just googled them up, I will take your work for it, based on the extent of your efforts.
For one, I thank you for serving this country.
Now, you deserve a serious answer to my question.
Obama’s accomplishments:
"The Obama supporter who showed up on Hardball last night should have had this.

Maybe someone could send this to him, whomever he was! Thanks!
COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS:
Obama holds assignments on the Senate Committees for Foreign Relations; Health, Education, Labor and Pensions; Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs; and Veterans’ Affairs, and he is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.
————————-
As a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Obama made official trips to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In August 2005, he traveled to Russia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan. The trip focused on strategies to control the world’s supply of conventional weapons, biological weapons, and weapons of mass destruction as a first defense against potential terrorist attacks.<61>
Following meetings with U.S. military in Kuwait and Iraq in January 2006, Obama visited Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian territories.
He left for his third official trip in August 2006, traveling to South Africa, Kenya, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Chad. In a nationally televised speech at the University of Nairobi, he spoke forcefully on the influence of ethnic rivalries and corruption in Kenya.
Obama worked with Russ Feingold (D–WI) to eliminate gifts of travel on corporate jets by lobbyists to members of Congress and require disclosure of bundled campaign contributions under the "Honest Leadership and Open Government Act", which was signed into law in September 2007.
He joined Chuck Schumer (D-NY) in sponsoring S. 453, a bill to criminalize deceptive practices in federal elections, including fraudulent flyers and automated phone calls, as witnessed in the 2006 midterm elections.
Obama also introduced the "Iraq War De-Escalation Act", a bill to cap troop levels in Iraq, begin phased redeployment, and remove all combat brigades from Iraq before April 2008.<68>
Later in 2007, Obama sponsored with Kit Bond (R-MO) an amendment to the 2008 Defense Authorization Act adding safeguards for personality disorder military discharges, and calling for a review by the Government Accountability Office following reports that the procedure had been used inappropriately to reduce government costs.
joined Chuck Hagel (R-NE) in introducing legislation to reduce risks of nuclear terrorism.A provision from the Obama-Hagel bill was passed by Congress in December 2007 as an amendment to the State-Foreign Operations appropriations bill.
Obama also sponsored a Senate amendment to the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) to provide one year of job protection for family members caring for soldiers with combat-related injuries. After passing both houses of Congress with bipartisan majorities, SCHIP was vetoed by President Bush in early October 2007, a move Obama said "shows a callousness of priorities that is offensive to the ideals we hold as Americans."

While I strongly disagree with his politics and would never vote for him, I am not going to question his patriotism. Patriotism takes many forms.
Just because he espouses everything I rail against, that is his right.

Does going to a foreign country and killing innocent women and children constitute patriotism? Were the massacred children of Vietnam a threat to US security? America as of today is an embarassment not something to be proud of. Why do you think all Americans put a CANADIAN flag on their backpack in EUROPE, I am not talking about middle east, but in EUROPE?? They are embarassed to be American.

One thing he has done is not waste time, stooping to the level of internet hoaxes and rumors.
If you think you have anything credible to say.. you might call Michelle Bachmann, up in Minnesota. She seems to be interested in being the next Joe McCarthy..enough so that Powell might just bit*ch slap her crap, right out of office.
Whatever military background you have.. it sure wasn’t in Military intelligence. Anyone who relies on youtube for "INFO" has a real problem.

All those things you have listed were before he started his run for the Presidency. He now puts his hand over his heart, wears the flag pin and has denounced Rev. Wright, in his view this now makes his a patriot! So the answer would be he became patriotic the minute he announced his candidacy.

You can’t honestly expect a brain washed individual to give you a rational answer, can you? If they could think at all, they wouldn’t allow themselves to be brain washed in the first place…
And judging by their rude, irrational answers here, I’d say ouch – you winged ‘em LMAO
Have you noticed that when they cannot refute the truth being brought up to them, they always claim it’s a Republican smear tactic? How chronic…their rhetoric is sooooooooooo old…
He certainly hasn’t done anything I know of to make reparations for his "God damned America" remark…I wonder why?

Lady Lost, your name is apt. Quick, turn around!
Obama never made that statement. This guilt by association wears thin. John McCain has already lost the respect and support of most of America’s newspapers and many Republican leaders. Why? Not because of any disparaging remarks coming from Dems. But from disparaging remarks coming from his own campaign.
The farther behind the McCain campaign falls, the uglier it gets. Why? If we all love America, then let’s be one nation.
I don’t think I can give a better list of Obama’s patriotic contributions than above.
The fact that his now former pastor said that comment has nothing to do with Barrack other than the fact that Obama condemned the statement and left the church.
Heck, if association were guilt I would be guilty of having really respected John McCain all these years only to have him suddenly abandon all ethics and wander off, having misplaced his moral compass, into an abyss of slander and allusions. Fortunately, for me, I have condemned the man’s statements and quit the "membership".

All these things that you have listed up here are nothing but republican slander and another fear tactic that they are using to try to scare their way into office.
Obama, is and will be the change we need!!!!!!!!!!
I agree he does not have alot of experience in the Military realm, just as Palin does not The difference is Obama’s intelligence and grasp of the issues. I’m guessing he could name a U.S. Supreme Court case with which he disagrees, unlike Palin.
Also, when he received his law degree, he could have went on to make alot of money, and lived a selfish greedy existance, but he chose to stand up for less forutnate, and educated himself even more to one day have the power to make true change.
.
And whether you have a military back ground or not is irrelevant….I have one…and Mccain has one…..does’nt mean I am going to run for president, or that you are correct in your slander.
.
The guy above me says it all.
