This guy I met playing on checkers online. Well he’s six years younger than me and lives in another state. We met up somehow people just happen to steal his credit card out of his work locker & someone siffered gas out of his car too. Red flag popped up but ignored it and had sex in the back of my car.I know crazy right it is so out of character for me. Well its been 2 weeks since then took him a week to say I love you again. Kept coming up with excuses to not talk to me other than texting. He calls me a week after the fact and says he’s sorry that he hasnt talk to me he’s been really stressed out and he loves me. then we are back to texting until today he calls to check on me tell me hes bein swore in to the army this friday & he gonna be working out @ the gym for the next couple of days ohh and he loves me. I think I made a HUGE mistake!! What do you think his deal is?

Six years…um, that’s a bit ridiculous. You don’t sound too old and i’d say six years is inappropriate until maybe 30-35….even then i would be cautious.
Anyone coming up with any excuses not to actually speak to you on the phone and only speak through text messages is full of crap. He’s lying, cheating, hiding something. Whatever it is, it’s shady and you need to dump this guy. If he’s serious enough about you to be telling you he loves you, there’s no excuse for only being willing to text.
You said he’s going into the army…i think you are just his last little bit of sex before he goes off for awhile. Unfortunately a lot of women end up in that position and realize it only after the guy is long gone and clearly not coming back.
Whatever the case, the guy’s acting like a loser and you deserve better. Get rid of him.
