From what I’ve heard every state except for one of them has a state flag. The remaining state contains a state banner. I was wondering which state contains a state banner

some time my cousin was in liberal san fran and they keyed his car cuz he displayed their flag on the car.

as we are? We have a navy blue back ground with a palmetto tree and a cresent moon in white on our state flag.
These emblems can be found on everything from bumper stickers, window stickers for the car, shirts, blankets, hats, even on our shoes and flip flops, etc.
Is there any other state that has this going on and what is your emblem?

Hello! I just came up with a logo that I really like and would like it to be my official logo for some clothing and other products that I would like to sell. The logo has a state flag and another countries flag in it.
Would I be able to register it as a trademark or is it illegal to use country/state flags? It isn’t abstract at all, it is very obvious that both flags are used in the design.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you!
