Sims 2 keeps freezing after a few minutes with no particular part where it freezes more. I have all stuff and expansion packs. I’ve tried reinstalling and it didn’t work. It does not lag at all before it freezes. I’ve run the sims 2 before on the same computer perfectly. I am above all the system requirements.

Okay. So whenever I download a game from ANYWHERE. They don’t work. I get an error about Direct 3D almost always and this is the most information i could get out since I am not that good with computers.
Yea. Please read the details. I have already downloaded Direct X 9.0c. It didn’t help.

Any sound that my computer processes to send out, either to speakers, headphones, or whatever, and regardless whether anything is actually plugged in, I will get the sound in my input (microphone slot). I realized it first when people said they could hear my music when I talked on Ventrilo while I had music playing. Now I’m seeing it affecting me trying to record through my microphone jack. I have my guitar plugged into it and I’m using headphones so there’s no way the output sound is reaching the input externally.

Okay so the other day im playing wow and using the internet at the same time. All of a sudden my comp goes into 680×480 and 16 colors and gets stuck there. Restarted comp and now nothing will work. Videos wont play, itunes visualizer wont work, WoW wont work. I ran dxdiag and got the following results (also Directdraw acceleration wont work and neither will Direct3D or AGP texture.)

No, i mean its been about 3 weeks and nothing works, previous to this incident i cleared out my fan with some compressed air
Whoops i ran a disk scan and that seemed to do nothing so i poked around in the settings for a sec and found that i had put my hardware acceleration on none in a previous attempt to fix the problem, i guess between the disk scan and the hardware acceleration i fixed it =D
