Court martial for treason?

While watching the U.S. vs Mexico World Cup qualifier match, they showed a group of U.S. soldiers who were watching the match from Iraq. They had military clothing on and they held up a Mexican flag! Shouldn’t they be charged? It would be like the quarterback of your favorite team holding up a banner and cheering for the other team. He may be a lifelong fan of the other team, and accepted the position on your team so he could play the game. He has a right to support the other side on his own time – but NOT while he’s representing the side that is paying him. I find this disgraceful and unacceptable behaviour for a real U.S. soldier. And if you’re not real, you don’t belong there. GO protect the country of the flag you wave! If it’s not the U.S. flag you love, we don’t want you "serving" our nation.
This is not about being at war with Mexico, nor is it about sports. It is about loyalty/patriotic issue. Again, team members do not have to be a fan of the team they play for. However, they can not ethically support another team while representing the team that pays them. Those "army people" proudly displayed a Mexican flag. That is dishonorable. Think about it, before spewing mindless PC answers.
Immigrants getting their U.S. citizenship must renounce allegiance to any other country, but U.S. military personnel are allowed to proudly wave another flag? There is no excuse for military to display another flag. Fans can display any flag they want. U.S. military can only display the U.S. flag.

Becoming more assertive?

Well, the problem is that I’m too much of a damn push-over!!! I’ll give you some examples of my " door-mat" manner:
1. A friend and I walked up to the convenience store over our lunch break at school. You have to wait in line to get in the store because the owners don’t like too many people in at once ( they could steal). So, me and my friend got in line and these 2 guys just walked right in front of us—-AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO LOOK AT US AND SMIRK!!!
2. I was standing in the cafeteria line at school and there were these guys standing behind me and all of a sudden, one of them just walked right in front of me, with a stupid grin on his face.
3. We were painting in art class and I left some of the supplies out ( I was planning on cleaning it up before the end of class) and this girl was like, " Excuse me, you should pick that up, you’re not aloud to leave it there," ( she said that in a very prissy, high n’ mighty tone), I ignored her, then she told the teacher who made me pick it up. That girl had nor eason to have anything against me, and I STILL didn’t do anything.
Anyways, those events and COUNTLESS others have mouldes me into what I am today, a full-flegded push-over!!! How can I stop being this way, I’m tired of being walked all over! I’m placid by nature, but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Should I register her car in MY name?

My stepmother got her registration taken away for like 12 months! I don’t know why, but she says it is because she didn’t have insurance on it and was driving it without insurance. She just got approved for an auto loan and called me and asked me if I would let her register her new car in MY name. I know it would help her with taxi expenses.

It seems a little bit stupid of me to let her do this, but I’m just not sure why… Is there a reason why red flags are going up?

She says that the insurance could still be in HER name. I live in NY.

Also, if you could tell me what excuse I could use NOT to do it so that I don’t offend her that would be great…

Its time for all sane americans to take our country back from the right and from the left. stop being brain washed by media that is no longer interested in informing the people .It is only interested in creating division and fear to scare misinform or fail to inform in the name of greed and protecting the corporate sponsors who own them.
Its the media that is responsible for the dirty partisan politics and failure to allow any one in congress to stand up for what is right.
Stop buying there lies. its out of control.
Excuse my spelling not only did they stop teaching about the constitution they never did spelling to well either

I NEED HELP, I feel like I am a door mat, How do I get him to go?!!!?

I have dating this guy for almost a year and this is my 2nd real relationship. I feel that I am always having to go 90% of the way and he only comes in when it is convenient for him. My 22nd birthday is coming up & I planned a huge bash w/ my BFF (Best Friend) at a nice hotel in LA (The Standard Hotel) He refuses to come. He has made every excuse in the book and has yet to provide with a real honest to god reason as to why he can’t come to own girlfriend’s Birthday party. He didn’t want to share a room with my BFF and her Guy so booked my own. I even offered to pay for it. All he has to do is show up, and he can’t seem to that for me. What should I do? HE IS NOT TRYING TO SURPRISE ME! (PLEASE NO MEAN ANSWERS, I REALLY NEED HELP)

What is the easiest to sue a car dealership for damaging my car title by rolling back the mileage?

I am posting this semi – anonymously (sp?) due to the fact that the decision has been made to go forward with a lawsuit, therefore I will be leaving out some details (dealer name, model of car, etc.) I will otherwise give as much detail as possible.
A Chevrolet sports car was purchased by a member in my family (who we’ll call John) in the mid to late ’90′s. It was a ’95 model car and upon purchasing the car, it had slightly over 30k miles on the car. It was purchased with one prior owner before the dealership took hold of the car and title. "John" purchased this car at a reasonable price for these facts. "John" and my family live in a small town in the state of Texas and do not drive the sports car a lot, keeping the miles down on the car. In ’05, John sold the car to my husband, his son (who we’ll call Peter.) The title was changed over to reflect the new ownership. "Peter" and I have decided to start a family and in order to prepare, we came to the decision that it’s necessary to sell the sports car. We listed the car on AutoTrader with all information possible (including the still low miles, under 60k at present time) and with the final price being not far above Blue Book value. Also, the posting had the VIN number for those wanting to look at the "Carfax" report. In nearly two months, there were three calls, only one being a serious offer.
After the last person to meet with "John" and "Peter" about buying the car gives a "not interested" excuse after seeing the car and was excited about it, "John" and "Peter" took the car to a different dealership to see how much a dealership would buy it for. The dealership informs them after researching the car, that the title has a red flag for the mileage being rolled back. It is shown on the title that the mileage was rolled back while at the dealership "John" bought it from. More specifically, the mileage stated on the title when the dealership took over the car from the first owner showed just over 50k miles. The title history then shows the dealership selling the car to "John" at just over 30k miles. So now this produces the red flag of "mileage unknown" or "AMU" on a Carfax report while searching the VIN number. Needless to say this was a complete surprise to both "John" and "Peter." The dealership then informed "John" because of this information, they could only give him half of the Blue Book value which was k.
"John" has now decided to sue the dealership he originally bought the car from, however we are stuck. There are a few things we don’t know how to approach:

First, are we within our statute of limitations considering we just learned this information?

Second, the dealership is no longer in business but, they had been bought out by a larger dealership. Would the purchasing dealership be liable for actions by the prior?

Third, what all could we logically sue for and win? Could we possibly sue for punitive damages? I know we could sue for the difference of the full blue book value, but what else?

Fourth, how do we go individually suing the dealership? Should we hire a lawyer?

What’s the name of this Anti Flag song? Is it even an Anti Flag song?

I have a mp3 of a song that I got from a friend at least 7-8 years ago. The mp3 info states that the band name is Anti Flag (it sounds like the same guy singing) it also says that the name of the song is Just Sane. Since there is a guy in Anti Flag named Justin Sane, I have begun to believe that the name of the song is something else and that someone made a mistake when typing in the name of the song and the author of the song. Since I want to buy the CD to get better sound quality I really need to know the name.
