I was told today that if EMS is at the end of a text, the sender can tell if you read the text. Is this true? What is the way to send a message to see if/when someone has read it, if any?

For this summer, I’d like to get a season pass from Six Flags. What’s the whole thing about bringing a friend for free? & Will it work for september/october?
the Company Ecko uses the California Bear on their Clothing line, So Can I use the Same Bear in My Company Logo, since there will be other Identifying Marks on both Sides of the bear, so it will be an Original Work & not a Derivative Work (stealing others logos)? The Bear is the Only thing from the California State Flag that Would be used within My Company Logo besides Other Elements that I have Constructed myself which are not related to the California State Flag.
As a design and logo fan, with training in the conceptual design field, one cannot help but wonder if both had went to the same graphic design firm/agency.
Obvious:
• Both the Bucs and Cavs’ teams must dedicate millions to their design budget and public relations. It’s all about the fans and the dollars they spend on apparel.
• Both share a logo that depicts a sabre hoisting a flowing banner/flag in a non-static, forward-moving energy. Tampa’s sabre and flag depicts a skull while Cleveland’s brandishes their "C".

♦ did someone not notice the glaring similarities between them?
..Supposedly the only saving grace to promote uniqueness is that these similarities are separated by a different sport.
..Any graphic designers, give a shout out if you noticed this and better yet if you know of their respective design teams.
Further details noted are that the Cavs at least offer variances of their sabre logo, either slicing through the text ‘Cavaliers’ or through a basketball. Mentioning other details is to belabor the obvious.
They haven’t played San Antonio, Boston, Miami, NY or any good teams..
I watch all their games & they always play door mat teams..

I’m trying to do my son’s room with the Movie Cars theme & I would like to paint a piece of his furniture checkered like a race flag. Any ideas on how this would be easiest? Somewhere to buy a stencil? How to go about doing it?
My parents recently told me that my sisters and their husbands hate my husband and are jealous of him (his job, paycheck, education, and relationship w/ my parents) and talk about us both behind our backs. My husband has self-esteem problems and has tried very hard the past 4 yrs. to be friends (helping them both move, help around their houses..) I think he has tried too hard and has came off as annoying. We spend alot on gifts for them and their kids and we feel like we get short changed on our b-days and at Christmas. One said my husband was not even welcome in their home to my mother, but our presents are and he is welcome when doing something for them. I’m upset over the news and do not want to have anything to do with them anymore. We are about to have our first child and my mother is sorry for telling me in fear that we will not include my sister’s in our kid’s birth & life. What should I do? I feel betrayed and foolish for being a door mat to them.
Okay so my boyfriend is a major manchester united fan. He already has a large flag, a cap, and a regular t-shirt. I don’t have enough money for a soccer jersey (sad face) but I wanted to get something that he will hopefully like.

The pros and cons are:
for the hoodie, the logo on it doesn’t seem very "Manchester United" if you get what I mean. It kind of loses the spirit because it looks like a hoodie for a rock band.
for the soccer shirt, it’s made of the Nike Dri-fit material which is great but the bf is not much of a soccer player…..so I’m not sure if he’ll even wear it but the shirt itself is really nice and it gives off the true manchester united spirit.
I would greatly appreciate it if you guys can help me out.
