Most of our products, such as flags, pennants strings and banners can be ordered online with a credit card through PayPal. PayPal has two different ways to pay:

First is by opening an account with them. They keep your billing and shipping information on record. They guarantee that the product you purchase is shipped.

Second is that they work as a merchant just like anyone else. You enter all your information just like any other online merchant and they send us your order and shipping information. They do not keep any information, nor do they ever give us your credit card information, regardless which way you order.

If you prefer, you can always order by telephone. Our sales staff is always ready to answer any of your questions and place your orders. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time.

All Custom Made orders cannot be  cancelled  or returned once  production starts.
This is because custom orders are made specifically to your instructions.
Most stock Flag & Pennant String orders ship out in 1-3 business days
Custom printed flags have a 3-7 business day production
Custom printed Pennant Strings have a 7-15 business day production
Larger orders and Summer months may take longer.
Rush orders are usually available with a rush charge.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned stock orders, plus shipping costs.
Stock colors on Pennant Strings are considered Multi-Colored and
Red/White/Blue. If you choose your own combination of colors,
that is considered a custom string and may not be returned.
