My messages are not being flagged when I flag them. How do I set up the view to see flag messages?
I use the drop menu for more actions and click on "flag for follow up" yet there’s no flag symbol with the message. There’s also no column in my view for flagged messages.

You need to do the following:
1) Select the message by checking the check-box to the left of the sender column.
2) Then select drop down menu under the Mark tab and click on Flag For Follow Up (or Clear Flag to remove the flag).
The flag should then appear in between the check box and the sender column.
