Some hole in the wall place. You aren't going to get a 4 star hotel because most of them have mini-bars and it's too much of a pain in the ars to make sure that you don't open the mini-bar, make sure you don't order alcohol through room service, or at the bar itself. Go with the like, at max, 80 room properties. Don't book through Hotels.com like the idiot above me said. The hotel has every right to refuse you when you're trying to check in. You won't be charged for the room (more than likely) but you can be.
