He was going to goto Mexico to get married. You don't have to have a passport to go there but if you want to get married there you have to have one. He couldn't get one because he is behind on his support. I wouldn't book anything unless you knew for sure. That would suck if paid for the trip and couldn't go. Of course this is an easy fix - Don't be late on your child support. I'm sure who ever is taking care of your kids needs it. My sisters boyfriend is behind on his child support. If you owe it then most likey now or sometime in the near future a warrent will be issued, which will show up everywhere.
