Do you remember after 911 happened and the country came to attention?
There were people attaching the American flag to any part of their cars to prove to the world that Americans love our country and that we stand together as one nation to support one another.
I recalled tonight as I was thinking about to that time. That the fire trucks all had huge American flags waving in the wind as they drove down the streets, people’s pride in our country. It
choked me up to see those huge flags waving like a banner.
That day of 911 we all came together as a country, there was no one looking at one another as if they did not belong. Nope we were one Nation under God indivisible with Truth and Justice for all.
As I sit here typing this the tears are running down my cheeks
as I love my country so much, and I hate seeing it war torn in the news media with nit picky things that mean nothing and our boys and women over there across the waters fighting for the freedoms of others. It is hard to imagine that some do not even support our troops.
I just wanted to remind everyone that we are one nation under God.
and it is how it should be. No white/no black/no color just good people in one belief that we together we stand or together we fall.
God bless all of you tonight.
Sal you are scawflaw just keep your negative opinions to yourself. praying for you.

we are all americans and should be proud of our country however those men who died . did so that we may have the freedom to worship and i have to ask would they have been as willing to do so for a country that has taken prayer and the Bible out of public schools and public functions as well as the word of God out of the court houses and we wonder where our loyalty has gone and i agree as a PATRIOT that we need to check ourselves where our country is concern but even more than that I think we more so need to check ourselves where our loyalty to GOD is concerned

Your statement is so true. I know lots of military and they say what the USA has done since 911 has protected our nation.
One older man, I just recently met said this…
Terrorist were invading our country on 911.
I would rather fight them on foreign soil then here at home on American soil.
Think about thought, if the USA had not stood up against all this we would be having bombing going on right here in our own back yards.

Too many people have already forgotten. I have always been very patriotic…I was raised that way. And it hurts me, too. Because as a veteran myself, I know the very high cost of freedom. I know the sacrifices that our military heroes have paid and are still paying today. Too many people take these sacrifices for granted and in their selfish ungrateful way…dishonour not only our military but our country.

And do you remember the next eight years when the shit hit the fan?
The freedom of others? Is that what we fight for? Funny, we’ve been slowly losing our own freedoms this whole time.
Don’t take pride in a flag or your fellow countryman’s willingness to wave it; this country was founded on the right to dissent, to be given a chance to prove government wrong.
An old Chinese curse… May you live in interesting times.

These are the end times my Dear, you know this, 2 Chr 7:14 read it.

I agree with happy doctor
my dad was in WW2 and korea and he was glued to the TV my mom once told me even though it has been many years my daddy still had nightmares about them seeing his men die for some thing they believed in to keep our country safe from evil dictators and Communist
I think a bunch of us cried we may not have known any one that lost their lives on that awful day but still for a while we "STOOD TOGETHER" now our military does not get any respect from us not many of us are flying our flag any more what happen? is it going to take another attack to reunite us once more I hope not
my daddy was a paratrooper and he operated tanks to
him and my mama died in a house fire may 15th 2002 their neighbors did lower their flags at half staff he had a military funeral when the hearse drove in to the cemetery the soldiers stood at attention I don’t want to hear "TAPS" any more either
