Colour Schemes For Red Halp?
Ok, so a couple of days ago I asked which colours were in harmony/compliment Red (my favourite colour) for my business logo. So I have a question for you guys…
After messing with a colour schemer this two I liked the best. The only thing is that the red/blue kinda looks like the US flag ;x What do you guys think, any other advice is welcome.

The red is a must, btw. I didn’t go w/ darker green because I don’t want it to be too festive :U

The best thing I could suggest is to go to Borders, etc. and go to the Home Improvement, Art section. Find a book that has a color wheel in it and it will tell you what colors work best with red.
You may find several different shades of red and a color that will work well with it.
I do like the green, and agree that the shade you picked helps prevent it from looking too much like the holidays. Did you consider trying orange? I just think it might look very energetic, sort of "on fire". Just a thought.
